Managed Vaults are categorized into Low, Medium, and High-Risk categories based on their backtested Maximum Drawdown.

• Low-risk strategies at Teahouse mostly invest in safer assets such as stablecoins or other proven strategies to generate steady profits over time – great for the risk-averse.

• Medium-risk strategies are our own best bet in a volatile market. Our well-known active liquidity provision strategies usually fall into this category. Additional hedging may help balance the risks.

• High-risk strategies tend to interface with DeFi protocols or token portfolios that have yet to be proven. Investing in these strategies can be rather risky but will usually yield the highest rewards.
