Q: What is the points calculation period? Are points awarded for ShareTokens held before Season 1 began?

A: Tea Points for holding ShareTokens can be categorized into two:

  1. Base Points: For currently holding ShareTokens (Calculations start on June 26, 2024).

  2. Bonus Points - Legacy ShareHolder Token Holder: For holding ShareTokens before June 20, 2024.

The difference is that only Base Points will increase over time during the season.

Let’s use an example to illustrate this:

You received X amount of ShareTokens before June 20, 2024, by depositing funds into one or more of Teahouse’s vaults and never withdrew them. You will receive Legacy Bonus Points for the X amount AND ALSO Base Points for still holding them. What’s more, the Base Points will slowly accumulate.

Simply put, Base Points are calculated according to the ShareTokens you currently hold. Legacy Bonus Points are what you previously held, regardless of whether you still hold them or not.

Q: When are Base Points updated for Easy-Earn and Managed Vault deposits? Do I earn points immediately after depositing, or only after my deposit is processed? Will this affect my Boosted Points?

A: Base Points update after your deposit is fully processed and you receive ShareTokens. While there's a processing time, we will make sure all requests are completed before the season ends. Don't worry about Boosted Points - they're only finalized at season's end, so deposit processing times won't affect them.

Q: When are the Base and Boost Points calculated? Do I need to keep my HighTable NFTs in my wallet for the entire season to keep my Tea Points up?

A: Base points are calculated daily, with a final tally at the season's end. Boosted Points are refreshed daily but only finalized at the season's end. To ensure your points are boosted and tallied, make sure your HighTable NFTs are in your wallet at the end of the season. Answering the second question: No, you do not need to keep your HighTable NFTs in your wallet for the entire season, meaning that you can transfer them to your wallet right before the season ends to boost your points.

Q: Under Boosted Points, what is the difference between the “HighTable VIP NFT” and the other VIP NFT professions?

A: This depends on which Teahouse vaults you have parked your assets in. Holding a HighTable NFT automatically boosts your Base Points. The profession of your VIP NFT gives you an extra boost for their corresponding risk vaults.

Let’s use this example to illustrate: You only have 1 Socialite NFT in your wallet, so all of your Base Points for having funds in low-risk vaults will be boosted by 1.8x. However, you also have funds in Teahouse’s High-risk and Medium-risk vaults; therefore, funds in these vaults will only have a 1.2x boost. The points for the funds in other vaults without the profession boost will be displayed under "HighTable VIP."

Q: Do multiple VIP NFTs in my wallet stack benefits, or am I limited to the perks of one NFT?

A: For Boosted Points, you can only boost one type of risk vault once. This means having more than one NFT with the same profession will only give you one boost.

However, for Bonus Points, holding more than one NFT (regardless of profession) will stack your Bonus Points.

Q: I have both a Hacker NFT and a Gambler NFT, does the boost stack up?

A: No, we only calculate the boost once. Since you have the Hacker, which boosts all vaults for more points, the Gambler’s boost will not be applied.

Q: I have a HighTable OG, will extra VIP NFTs give me more boosts?

A: No, you already have the god-like rarity OG which gives you a 5.5x boost to ALL vaults. You will not receive extra boosts for holding a VIP NFT. However, you WILL get more Bonus Points for holding extra NFTs.

Q: Which deposits are ineligible for Tea Points, and how are points from partner protocol handled?

A: Deposits in Copra's pools will not earn you any Tea Points. If you have funds deposited/staked in our partner’s pools like PancakeSwap or Nile, points will be awarded but only visible and added at the end of the season.
